Donnie McClurkin ramps up the ridiculous to speak in tongues and call gays "vampires". The infamously "ex-gay"—or should we say merely "re-closeted"—Grammy Award winning gospel singer and evangelist rants against gays, gay youth and recently out gospel singer Tonex at the Church of God in Christ's Holy Convocation Youth Service. This happened last Saturday at the COGIC convention in Memphis.
In the first of three disgusting YouTube videos, McClurkin begins his rant against Tonex, the gospel star who recently confirmed his long-rumored sexuality. McClurkin says Tonex is a "perversion" and must pray away the gay: "God did not call young people to such peversion. Society has failed him, his church has failed him ... I would be homosexual to this day if Jesus hadn't delivered."
McClurkin also rails against openly gay youth as "broken and feminine": "I see feminine men, feminine boys, everywhere I go ... No, don't applaud 'cuz it ain't funny. It's because we failed. I see them everywhere."
Quite rich coming from McClurkin. If anyone has seen him or the young men in his inner circle, well, let's say the observation about "feminine men everywhere" is spot-on.

Sir Michael Caine, 76, has been in the film business for more than 40 years and, with more than 100 films to his name, he has become one of Britain's best loved actors.
He's been the dashing boyfriend, soldier, doctor and gangster but his latest character, Harry Brown, is a vigilante pensioner who turns on the thugs who plague the London estate he lives on.
It is being hailed as his most challenging and impressive performance to date but, as he explains, it may be one of his last.

Woah! I've never seen Owain in anything else so I had no idea he wasn't American! His sex factor just went waaay up.

Apparently Tekken 6 - both versions combined - sold a bit less than 200K in October. Ouch.
Admittedly, T6 was only available for four days during that month, so things could improve a lot this month, but considering the numerous complaints about the lagtastic online play and the single-player item grind that have become common knowledge, I'd say it's fairly unlikely.
And remember: Bandai-Namco announced shipping 2 1/2 million T6 units worldwide. They were clearly expecting a title that would do as well as - if not better than - SFIV right out of the gate. Apparently SF nostalgia >>>>> Tekken nostalgia.
(Also, launching the game between Borderlands (which actually was something of a surprise hit) and MW2 was definitely some terrible timing! Echoes of putting VF5 against Bioshock...? But yeah, a Q1 2010 release might have been better in hindsight - more time to fix the netcode, too!)
It ties in to a theory I have about the so-called "fighting game revival" of 2009:
There is no "Fighting Game Revival." They're still struggling to win back their mainstream popularity from the 90s. They have fallen out of favor against other types of competitive games like FPSes. In terms of interest, there has only been a STREET FIGHTER revival, and only in the West.
I'm honestly kind of worried that this will discourage further development of console versions for big-name, AAA fighters that aren't Street Fighter-related. We've already seen Sega forgoing a VF5R console release due to disappointing sales, and if things turn out as bad as they seem right now for T6, we could have a similar wound that stings Bamco for a while.

Anyone else catch the CSI Trilogy and see Owen and Willow playing parts?
Owen (the character, Wes something er other actor) was a lab guy and Willow (Annie Burgstede)
played a prostitute....and did a decent job! She was way more tolerable than on days!

What goes well with Slim Jims and Slurpees? 7-Eleven wine, naturally.
The convenience store chain is getting into the value wine business, releasing two in the United States and Japan. Sold under the Yosemite Road label, the California wines, a chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon, will retail for about $3.99.
Adding wine ties into two economy-driven trends -- a demand for affordability coupled with more people eating at home, said Thom Blischok of Chicago-based IRI, a market research company.
The chardonnay is described as zesty with notes of apricot, peach and honey, and the cab as full-bodied with "juicy plum overtones."

Yes, Rihanna dies… The music video will be released tomorrow night on 20/20!

I hope this makes up for the album only having 4 good tracks. It looks promising and she doesn't look like an idiot with animalistic hair in these caps.
LOL @ Rihanna calling everyone a bitch in that video and @ the cat attacking her.
